Sophomore Nick Dahl (Philadelphia, Pa.), who just competed for the Yale men s track and field team in the 1,500 meter run at the NCAA Quarterfinals this past weekend, was honored for his academic work on Tuesday. Dahl was named first team Academic All-District by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). He was one of 10 honorees -- and the only sophomore -- in District 1, which includes all Division I schools in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont. The award is determined by voting from members of CoSIDA.
