Elis Run at Boston s Franklin ParkPublished by
The Yale men s cross country team raced to a 21st-place finish at the New England Championships at Boston s Franklin Park on Saturday. The Elis ran well in a competitive field, finishing with a respectable 524 points despite resting all of their top seven runners from last weekend s Paul Short Invitational. Brown and Providence tied for first at the meet with 72 points each, while New Hampshire finished a distant third with 148 points. Other notable competitors included Amherst, Boston College, Boston University, Central Connecticut, Dartmouth and Middlebury, along with numerous other strong programs.
