A pair of brothers from the Yale men s cross country team will have the honor of traveling to Samokov, Bulgaria, to represent their home country of Ireland at the SPAR European Cross Country Championships on Dec. 14. Junior Kevin Dooney was named to the Irish Under-23 squad for the second consecutive year, while older brother Conor Dooney 12 will run on the Irish senior team. The brothers will be representing their family, Yale cross country, and Raheny Shamrock AC, an Irish athletics club devoted to competitive running.
