Friday, Yale s women s cross country finished the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships in second place (83 pts.). This is the best result the team has seen in years, and an incredible improvement over last year s sixth-place finish. The team narrowly succumbed only to Princeton (60 pts.). The meet was hosted on the wooded, hilly course at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx.
